Refund Policy
All bookings and pre-bookings made with Yukendo Wellness are final and non-refundable.
Once a service has been booked or pre-booked—whether through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or any other communication channel—no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to client cancellation, change of mind, late arrival, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment.
By confirming a booking or making any payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
Yukendo Wellness reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional cases due to therapist availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the booking may be rescheduled at the discretion of Yukendo Wellness, but no monetary refund will be provided.
